By attending this/these event(s) you are accepting the following Terms & Conditions and agreeing to be bound by them and to comply by all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Once purchased tickets cannot be refunded. Subject to availability, we may be able to exchange them for another performance at the same purchase value – this must be done in advance and cannot be done after the initial date for which you had booked tickets has passed.
  • Event management reserve the right of admission, even when tickets have been purchased.
  • Latecomers will only be admitted at the discretion of event management staff and at an appropriate interval.
  • Event management accepts no responsibility for possessions lost or stolen on the premises.
  • Unless otherwise indicated, all graphics, logos and commercial markings are registered trademarks. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or modify any Trademarks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to or distribution of materials, without prior written consent.
  • Event management reserve the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • There is a small booking fee of 65p (for the total transaction, not per ticket) for online bookings only. If you wish to avoid this charge, you can pay by phone or in person.

Please note if you have a booking reference number or confirmation e-mail you do not need to come to the venue to collect tickets until just before the screening or performance.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy and protect all personal information you provide when buying tickets. The information you provide will be used only by ourselves to deliver services and to keep you informed with news, offers and future events. We do not forward our database to outside companies involved in marketing. If at any point, you wish to be removed from our database, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Gift Cards

Strand Arts Centre gift cards can be purchased for any value of £5 or more. We can provide you with a presentation wallet at no extra cost.

Gift cards can be purchased at the venue or an e-gift card can be purchased below. If you are buying vouchers online as a gift, please note that if you add in an e-mail address for someone other than yourself it will be sent straight to them. If you would prefer the voucher to come to you in the first instance for you to then print off or forward to someone as a gift at a later stage, be sure to put in your own e-mail address.

Gift cards can be redeemed in person or online for any events sold via our ticketing system, and in person for any drinks and confectionery.

Our gift cards do not currently have an expiry date on them. However, as the Strand will be closing at some point in 2023 for a major refurbishment, the Strand reserves the right to advertise an expiry date at a later date.
