YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
Classes are every Tuesday and Wednesday 7pm - 8.15pm, 8.30pm - 10.15pm
The classes are most suited to absolute beginners. Next 6 sessions begin from 25th/26th April.
If you would like to try yoga, increase your strength and mobility, have more energy and enjoy relaxing - then this class is for you!
Cost £35.00 for six week course
(Please wear suitable clothing and if possible bring your own non-slip yoga mat).
